No addition or modification of this Agreement by You will be effective unless made in writing and signed by Snap.

Snap may assign its rights and obligations under this Agreement, in whole or in part, to any party at any time without notice.

BY DOWNLOADING, INSTALLING, ACCESSING, OR USING SNAP CAMERA OR BY CLICKING ON THE APPLICABLE BUTTON TO DOWNLOAD OR INSTALL SNAP CAMERA, YOU: A ACCEPT DELIVERY OF SNAP CAMERA; AND B ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, CONSENT TO, AND ARE BOUND BY, THIS AGREEMENT.
